With over 20 years experience providing secretarial and personal assistance to Senior Managers, Partners and Directors in industries such as Healthcare, Accountancy, Case Management and outsource Government Agency, Racheal has used her knowledge and experience to build RP Business Support Solutions Ltd.

 

In 2010 and with the encouragement from a Managing Director she had previously worked for, Racheal chose to become a 'virtual PA' to fit in with the family and her two young children.  Following a number of referrals made via existing clients, it was clear Racheal could no longer do this alone and decided to expand in 2014, taking on an office in Telford, Shropshire and employing a young lady Adele as an Apprentice.   The business further expanded its office to accommodate an Occupational Therapist/Case Manager and has a robust systems in place ensuring GDPR compliance.

 

 

Racheal supported Adele who completed her NVQ Level 2 in Administration and commenced College to undertake AAT qualification (as her passion was numbers).  Although Adele went on to pastures new, to further her career in Accounts, Racheal is thrilled to have been able to support Adele on her journey.

 

Jo joined the team in August 2017, having been made redundant Jo had an excellent track record in customer service, quality (ISO qualified) and administration, so was a natural and an excellent addition to the team with her knowledge of working in different fields including care and manufacturing.

Racheal has also welcomed her children into the fold and her daughter Charlotte, who is currently studying Nursing at Manchester University is a valued member of the team.
